Clothes looked and felt great! I think a big improvement could be some branded "garment bags" that are used specifically for the pick up/delivery service. This way when you pick up, you can leave one so the customer always has one to leave their next items in.

The clothes were done perfectly. There is no chemical smell. The staff were friendly. It's a little expensive, but I will go back for the "green' factor.
Cloths are clean. Service is great. Sandy, Vivian and Oscar do a quality job.
the vest that had a spot on front still has it, i mentioned it on drop off, I plan on bringing the vest again to get the spot removed
