I have always been treated exceptional nice by your employees and your services have been excellent; no issues. My last visit was met with an employee that had a shockingly poor work ethic. I just arrived home and looked at your work and my green sweater and it looks like there is a dried milk stain on it.
On August 31, I came in with several garments that were mostly Hawiian Shirst. While the clerk counted my garments I mentioned to her that I had a coupon for 50% off Hawiian Shirts and then she gave me a receipt. I asked if she applied the discount and she told me that it had expired without ever looking at it. I then showed her the coupon and she said I can't do nothing about it today, but when you pick up your shirts they will aply the 50% discount at that time and proceeded to note it on the receipt. Came in got quote $206 Went with it after we wrote it down for price Came in to pic up Now $217 and new customer coupon doesn't work They lost the bag it came in( an anthropologist dress bag) I spotted it and grabbed it I was told I wasn't supposed to go behind counter I would have never gotten the bag Rip off
Have been a long term customer. Recently a couple shirts were ruined. I had a 20% off rugs coupon and when I picked it up it was difficult having the discount honored.
It seems every time I send a load, something is missing when it is returned and I have more bags with other peoples names than I can name. The driver is very nice though.
I took my cushion cover in to get the zipper fixed I told the cost would be $23 which was cool.. When I picked it up they charged me another $24 to clean it which I did not request I didn't want to hassle the girl so I just paid it but $47 later for a zipper fix really??
