Too expensive! The cleaners I used before covid charged me $25 to clean the same comforter that you charged me almost $50 to clean. Unacceptable.

Attendant seemed in a bad mood. Also, one of my pants had double creases and what looked like ash sprinkled on them. For the price, care should be taken to properly press items.

I’ve been coming to your establishment for years. I have enjoyed the employees, cleanliness and efficient service. But these new white plastic bags have got to go!! I can not use your service any more until the clear bags come back.. I refuse to look through each white bag to find the items that I need.every time I have a catering job. Unfortunately I’m going to be looking for another cleaners. Thank you Sally Crispin

I went to have a complete suit cleaned and pressed I went in to pick up the suit and should have checked the items before leaving the store as this was my first time using Kona cleaners. When I returned home to check the quality of the job it was TERRIBLE! ALL the items were wrinkled and look like the had not even been pressed.

Multiple pairs of expensive boxers were lost during my first fluff and fold experience. I ended up with items that were not mine as well. I will not be coming back.

I gave the sales lady a 50% off card to punch. When I saw this email with an $85.38 invoice I know that she did not give me my discount. Please correct Kona's error and give me the corrected amount including the 50% discount when I pick up and pay tomorrow.

I brought a men’s suit in for cleaning & marked the placed that had spots with the red tape they provide. There were some on the coat & the pants & when I picked them up the spots were still there. It didn’t even look like they did anything to the coat or pants. They are going to re-clean them. I was really disappointed cause you charge a lot more then other cleaners so I figured you would do a better job but I see your cleaners isn’t any better than the other ones.
