I had a 30% discount for wash/press of shirts. I dropped off 5 shirts. Your bill this morning? $30 OR $6 to wash a press a shirt WITH a 30% discount????? That is outrageous! You lost a good customer today.

My last visits you surprised me with your price adjustment you didn’t tell me when I brought my wife clothings I paid $37 for just 3 pcs s sweaters and 1 blazer.I am not going back there anymore fir that reason I live in Orange and work Monday to Friday in this area.
On my last couple of visits the instructions for my clothes have not been followed very well. The Military Press I ask for is either not being followed or I am getting double creases on both shirts and pants/shorts. I also get my board shorts pressed and cleaned and the pocket flaps are not buttoned or pressed flat. It is a little disappointing.

Too expensive! The cleaners I used before covid charged me $25 to clean the same comforter that you charged me almost $50 to clean. Unacceptable.
Attendant seemed in a bad mood. Also, one of my pants had double creases and what looked like ash sprinkled on them. For the price, care should be taken to properly press items.

I’ve been coming to your establishment for years. I have enjoyed the employees, cleanliness and efficient service. But these new white plastic bags have got to go!! I can not use your service any more until the clear bags come back.. I refuse to look through each white bag to find the items that I need.every time I have a catering job. Unfortunately I’m going to be looking for another cleaners. Thank you Sally Crispin

I went to have a complete suit cleaned and pressed I went in to pick up the suit and should have checked the items before leaving the store as this was my first time using Kona cleaners. When I returned home to check the quality of the job it was TERRIBLE! ALL the items were wrinkled and look like the had not even been pressed.
