The sleeves of my jacket are dirtier than when I sent it in. I have weird white blotches
I left the store before looking to see the results of the decorative pillow I dropped off. I trusted that they would do their job well. When I looked at the pillow, there was dog hair, lint and what looked like part of a dry leaf all left on the pillow. I honestly don't think that it was cleaned.

I am really happy 😊 with the service and people at the one on Brookhurst & Atlantic. Emma has been great. After the first visit she knew my name. Very pleased with the quality and service.

I just returned home very upset to write this spirited e-mail regarding the awful service I have had at your location. Judging by your appearance on Yelp, you seem like a proper businessman who likes to run things accordingly. The people you have running the place while you are away are beyond computer illiterate and that is okay, considering the position. Very friendly service and quick completion but I was surprised at paying $60 for 10 items. I usually pay about half of that.
