I always go to the Kona Cleaners on Brookhurst and Atlanta. The staff is always friendly and I'm in and out in minutes. They know what they're doing!
Expensive. You prices are a bit high.

I noticed that when receiving receipts via email. The receipt is not itemized with the price for the service and garnments. It make the receipt virtually useless.
Overall my experience went well. We have used the same cleaners for over 20 years but have recently moved to the area. I found Kona on Yelp with good reviews. I was greeted warmly at the HB location and told possibly there was one closer to me since I live in Costa Mesa but they weren't sure where it was and suggested I look it up. My visit was quick and easy. I dropped off 11 shirts to Edgar (I always count them) and he gave me a Friday pick up date. We verified it would be sent to my email (the receipt) and I was on my way. I've been going to Kona for years and have been happy with the staff and service. Thank you for making this part of my chores a pleasant and easy experience!
The staff is always terrific in the store, but we have noticed a drop in the quality of the laundry lately. There is less attention paid to detailing my husband's dress shirts. For example, inside the shirt along the side with the button holes is not getting pressed very well. The fabric is folded over the button holes which makes it very difficult to button the shirt.
