Very prompt!! My only question is this...Why does Kona launder my nice shirts, unless the label states ,”Dry Clean Only”? Doesn’t laundering seem harsh, or less Gentle? I imagine the result effect shortening the life of the fabric. I enjoy wearing the more costly, Name Brands bc I can feel the quality difference, as with most costlier purchases. Brought in a chair cushion cover that had some stains of unknown origin with a bit of a smell (also unknown). I left it with you and it was ready the next day - clean & fresh. My husband put it back on the chair seat cushion & all is good. Otherwise we would have had to recover the whole chair! Thank you!
