I had 2 cotton blouses that were clean, to be pressed only. The total was over $9 today at pickup. I asked and was told that pressing was less than $4 usually. There is no way my total should have been $6 with a discount of a dollar and change, as was listed in the computer. Bringing it to $9 for the 2 blouses. We (including many family members) are newer customers to Kona. So far we have been happy with your services. This however, makes me rethink using your cleaning services again. Regards, Karyn Froman

I just learned that shirts cost me $6 without any notifications. this is not acceptable

The clothes still had wrinkles in them and I was charged $16 for cleaning of a tiny skirt. Then, in the car, I smelled smoke. They actually smelled like smoke- someone must have smoked around them when they were being stored at the facility. I spent $30 to have a tiny skirt and pair of pants cleaned. The skirt looked like they just tried to iron it and sent it back without cleaning it. Sorry for the bluntness, but you charge that much, it should look like Queen Elizabeth’s dry cleaning when you pick it up.
