My all dry cleaning order looks okay, but you did NOT return my Green Bag--the counter person could only offer a "sorry." I was not her fault, however, I it was the fault of your company!!!
The person there was very helpful. She explained the cost of my cleaning when I brought it in. She was very personable and friendly both times; even offering to carry my fabric valance, which was very heavy, to the car. Enjoyed my experience immensely.

I’m always greeted by a pleasant and efficient employee when entering the store. When picking up my clothes, I’m always offered help to my car, which is greatly appreciated.

The service was good. I expected that since they were highly recommended by a coworker. I won’t be back though. I had a pair of jeans where the zipper needed to be repaired. I was told that if the zipper could be repaired, it would be no charge. The seamstress there told me that she was able to repair my zipper by getting it back on track. At the same time, the attendant gave her a polite ‘be quiet’ signal. After getting home and looking at my receipt, I noticed I was charged over $12 for the repaired zipper.
