I had my gown for alteration which is a simple length cut at Kona Cleaner #9 in Placentia I handed over to Julie, a brand new gown with tag and no wrinkles without any smudge or dirt. When I picked it up on August 2nd, I noticed the gown wrinkled with a big spot of smudge or dirt in the front. I showed it to Jen and she can confirm the issues. I suggested they clean and press it but I didn't know I would be charged for $23 dollars when I picked it up. I told Jen why did I have to pay for something that Julie did to my gown?... read more

Your work is good. Your turnaround time is perfect, but your prices are a bit high. Also if you can go back to clear covers, we don't have to rip them off the hanger in the closet just to see what's under the cover.
