Horrible experience with the clerk. Received and checked clothing prior to leaving and noticed collar was still filthy, so I asked if a redo was possible. She agreed and kept jacket. Afterwards, I went to another store and she flagged me down stating she hadn’t charged me for some items and that she didn’t think the cleaners to clean the filthy collar, because she felt it was “wear” on the jacket. All she told me was her name was Jen. There are multiple Jen’s in the drop down below so I don’t know which one helped me and she didn’t give me a receipt. The price to sew on 3 small patches is ridiculous. No reason to pay $17 to sew the patches on. I was not quoted that amount when I dropped it off. All I was told that Jen can’t do anything about the price because it’s in the computer that way. This will be the last time I use Kona for these services. The first time we arrived to pick up our order the customer service rep was not in the store. Instead, we were greeted by the guy cleaning the aquarium. We waited a few mins for the rep to return from the nearby grocery store. We left without our order. My husband returned later before closing to pick up the order and no one was at the counter. My husband waited until the rep came out from the restroom, so we were able to pick up our order.

First time customer dropped 16 shirts off on Wednesday & was told they would be ready today. I went to pickup and was told by the very polite employee that two shirts were missing and that I could pickup on Friday..I counted my shirts and there were only 13 so 3 were missing.. the very polite lady said she would look into and the other 3 should be in on Friday...
