Too expensive.. 22 dollars to dry clean a coat is highway robbery! I will take my business to another establishment just down the block for my needs!
Business response:
We have a motto, Michael, that anything less than five stars on is worth having a conversation over. After all, we’re always striving to improve. We’ll reach out to you soon to hear your thoughts.
My first time using Kona. WTF, Kona? The lady who took my clothing did not inform me that my shirts would be laundered, not dry cleaned. I guess that's on me? Now some have shrunken, some faded a bit, some piled, and most of the collars are wrinkled. Why would I want an $85 dollar shirt laundered at a laundry service? And, to top it off, all of my shirts smell like someone else's sweat. And they wouldn't take a coupon.
Business response:

The new driver Stewart arrived very early & I wasn’t notified of this new hour change since Danielle arrive mid morning or later so laundry bags weren’t outside of my side door.to be picked up. Please inform me if this is a permanent change or not? Jeanne Leonard. Rancho Dr (Bixby Hill) Long Beach
Business response:
We’ve had a bit to think about it, and we’re just not satisfied with three out of five stars on , Craig. We’ll contact you shortly to see how we can serve your dry cleaning needs better in the future!
The store is close and convenient to our house. Clothes are clean. The store took wire hangers from me to recycle. I had them from cleaning out my parents house. I was grateful because I didn’t want to throw them away.
You’ve lost a pillow case and now a sleeping bag. I get things happen but I fear what of our usual items get lost that we don’t track. On top of that, there was no follow up or apology/consideration for the sleeping bag.
Business response:
Our customers are our world, Scott, and we at Kona Cleaners do our best to give them the services they deserve every time they walk in the front door. We’ve let you down, and for that we are sorry. Please, let us know what happened and how we can fix it.
We ask for no starch, but shirts are so stiff they stand up like cardboard. Also dry cleaning items come back pressed so hard that they are imprinted by anything that lines inside of garment. Tommy Bahama shirts look horrible!

Why can’t I get my bed linens done with heavy starch as requested! Ive spoken to the delivery person and put my request on the bag tag.
Business response:
60% wouldn’t be a passing grade in high school and it’s not a passing grade now. A representative from Kona Cleaners - Rose #12 will be reaching out to see how we can improve our service!
Finally starch my husband likes!
Business response:
Kona Cleaners - Rose #12 strives to provide the best experience we can every time you use our dry cleaning services, and reviews like this make it all worth it. Thanks Martha!
Good service on pick up and delivery. My reason for giving 4 versus 5 stars is that I requested heavy starch on my linens and shirts and I’d say the items all came back with the equivalent of light starch! Maybe it’s a boarding school thing but I want my sheets, pillow cases and cotton shirts STARCHED! This isn’t cheap so I expect perfection.
