Very responsive to my request. Dry cleaning wasn’t delivered because of rain. Never knew this but a driver from the plant brought the order to us the next day!

I am still waiting for return of cleaning from 2 weeks ago along with bags to put new items for cleaning in. Have had no response since leaving my concerns with Josh. Cleaning is fine but this order was supposed to be delivered. Never was. Finally went to pick it up. Now I’m getting reminded to pick up items when they’ve been picked up. Your computer system is messed up.
