This is my first time at your establishment and was pleased at the cleanliness of the place. Your staff on both drop off and pick up were professional and courteous. The items that were brought in were cleaned well and I liked the notification process. I did not expect to be able to get them back in the same day, so that was a bonus. I look forward to continuing to business at Kona Cleaners. I apologizes for not remembering your staff members names but as I stated above, they were excellent.

I’ve tried a lot of cleaners. This was my first time trying this one out, and let me tell you. Everything was perfect! And they even let you know when your items are done! Also, the best part is that they open at 7:00am
I just moved in the area and I needed to find a cleaners fast. I found this place via Google search. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile from a lady behind the counter. Julie assisted me with my dilemma, told me the process how they remove a stain from clothing. The shop is clean and bright. The attendant had a pleasant/clean appearance and friendly demeanour.

One of the Best Dry cleaners in Placentia
I think you guys are way too expensive. Even more so in today's economic climate. But I'll still go because its near to my work place and because of the next day readiness. But if it gets too expensive then I will reconsider to another cleaner and sacrifice the distance and waiting time. Thank you.
