I just moved in the area and I needed to find a cleaners fast. I found this place via Google search. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile from a lady behind the counter. Julie assisted me with my dilemma, told me the process how they remove a stain from clothing. The shop is clean and bright. The attendant had a pleasant/clean appearance and friendly demeanour.

I think you guys are way too expensive. Even more so in today's economic climate. But I'll still go because its near to my work place and because of the next day readiness. But if it gets too expensive then I will reconsider to another cleaner and sacrifice the distance and waiting time. Thank you.

Took a sweater and my wife's top. Bot h were done when promised. However, very, very expensive. We had, and you acknowledged, a 15% off letter. If that was with the discount, I could have purchased a new sweater for what I had to paid for you to clean it. We'll go to another place and move on. We don't spend a lot of money on dry-cleaning and we can locate another Cleaning established that doesn't charge such a high fee.

We really did like the staff at the location we went to and she tried many times to help but if was very obvious your cleaning staff kept laundering our close not dry cleaning Dave

Terrible! 4pair slacks were given for hem alterations, waited 2 1/2 weeks, and nothing was done! Paid $68.00++ dollars and nothing was done..Slacks were not hemmed. Quite disappointing really.

Bernardettec is always great. However, one of my paisley short Garments had a belt with the exact same fabric that has been lost. It is unwearable without the belt. I just bought these from Bloomingdale’s recently for a Trip, went to pack the freshly pressed clothing & noticed it was missing. I did reach out on Monday and am still waiting on a call back if this piece has been found or not found.
