Fast, friendly, and fair price
Dear Kona, everything looks good so far, on my first laundry and dry cleaning order or 13 items,, except one shirt had a small tear in the back which wasn't there when I dropped it off,, so I left it for your staff to repair or advise me what other options I have, I have to get it repaired either way to wear the shirt.
If it's not broken, leave it alone.

This was my first visit to KONA with a white football jersey I’ve had for 10 yrs , with some disccoloration in the neck area long story short I was impressed not only did they send me a text to remind me it was done and ready for pick up but the outcome was “WOW “like picking up a NEW jersey it looked NEW it was so white it was clean clean , If I was able to RATE KONA 10 stars that’s what it would be , I recommend this place to anyone... thanks!!

This is my first visit to your cleaners and the customer service was exceptional. Best service I ever had from a dry cleaner. I love that you text me when my order is ready. There was a lady there when I dropped off my item and a guy helped me when I picked up. I don't remember the names.
