I was outside of the store on my cell phone, and when I walked in my clothes were waiting for me. I love that the people there know who I am by sight! Also, she reminded me to give her my punch card so I could continue working toward my $5 discount. Terrific service! Plus, they got the stain out of my shirt!
Delicate silk jacket cleaned perfectly. Shirts nicely ironed and clipped on hangers. Sweaters were neatly folded on hangers. No odor. Very pleased!
At first, I was disappointed that one item that I had left for cleaning was not returned with all the others. When I realized what was missing, I called Greener Cleaner and an immediate search was started. The item was located within a short time and I was able to retrieve it "on the house." Very pleased!

I hesitate to give a star ratting. normally in the past the service has been great however, when I picked up my down jacket I did not take the plastic covering off for a few weeks. When I did the jacket still has the odor from the use of last winter. In other words, smelled as not cleaned
The intake clerk always remembers my name and is friendly and efficient.
