Delivery is prompt and the GI-RO employee that drops off is very friendly and pleasant.
I love using Gi-Ro Cleaners. The pick up and delivery service is wonderful, I do not have to take anymore dry cleaning. My husbands shirts always look great.
I use the home pickup/return service and find it to be convenient and reliable. I typically have pick up weekly or biweekly and appreciate not having to make any special arrangement - just hang the clothing bag on the front door. I have had minor repairs done occasionally and this has gone well also.

Nice job. On time. Got out ground in make up off of my wife's blazer collar. Love the quality of the pants hangers for my suits. Like that they use the sticky roll, which actually stays on the hanger, unlike the "v" shaped card board other places use, which always falls off. Love the clips on the slacks to add security for pants not to fall off too. Counter people were courteous and efficient. Excellent experience all around.
I had a very possitive first experience with Gi Ro Cleaners. I appreciated getting a notice via email regarding when my item was ready for pick up and how much the cleaning cost so I would be prepared when getting my item.
