Great service. Only wish pickups and drop offs were made on both days.
Our driver is great! He left our cleaning at our back door as requested when my dog wouldn't let him near our front screen door. Much appreciated! Only complaint is I often have to call to follow up to see if my coupons were received as the receipts attached to our cleaning never reflect the coupon price. Sometimes it's because I'm told they forgot to honor the coupon, and most recently I was told it showed in the system and just not on my receipt attached to my order when dropped off. The delivery service is always great!
I love how convenient your delivery system is. I sent out the dresses that were recently worn for my daughter's wedding, and they came back in a nice "form" so they wouldn't get wrinkled. Thank you!
Delivery is prompt and the GI-RO employee that drops off is very friendly and pleasant.
I love using Gi-Ro Cleaners. The pick up and delivery service is wonderful, I do not have to take anymore dry cleaning. My husbands shirts always look great.
I use the home pickup/return service and find it to be convenient and reliable. I typically have pick up weekly or biweekly and appreciate not having to make any special arrangement - just hang the clothing bag on the front door. I have had minor repairs done occasionally and this has gone well also.
