Service was fast and friendly.
All the people we encountered were very friendly and pleasant. The drapery panels we had shortened look fine, and were done in a timely manner, and ready when promised. Very good service and nice people. Will use Gi-Ro again.
I went to get my dressed tailored. The lady was very nice, accommodating, and tailored it for a great price!

I generally pick up and drop off my clothes. I appreciate the fact most of your staff are very friendly and accommodating to my needs. Since I travel fairly extensively the ability to expedite certain orders on an as needed basis is a huge plus and appreciated. I also appreciated the email's on status of my orders since more than once this has allowed me to minimize the time spent sitting in traffic during the endless road construction on Transit Road this Summer....for that I say Thank You!
As always the counter service was friendly and efficient and my order was ready ahead of the stated time!
