Customer service was exceptional as always.
I appreciate the early hours as I was able to drop off my king size comforter before work. The woman at the counter was so nice and friendly! My blanket was ready when she said it would be and it looks amazing and like new (it was so trashed, I was almost too embarrassed to bring it anywhere). I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was. I'll be going to Gi-Ro next time I need something cleaned again and recommending them to my friends and family. :)

I have always been very happy with the service .....I love that my email now senses me a message that my dry cleaning is ready and the price...that is awesome.. I also love that I can have repairs done.....I bring many things for that reason.....and convenient location for me also.
