Very quick and kind service. The christening gown came out beautiful. Stains were gone!
Item ready for pick-up when promised; sewing job very satisfied; price was fair; and I will be a return customer (rarely) as I do not have many clothes that require dry cleaning.

I brought a newer Carhart jacket in that had grease stains. Jacket was perfectly cleaned by Gi-Ro Excellent job !
The item that i had cleaned and repaired was a horse blanket. The repair was very nicely done. The problem i had was with pick up. I was in four times to pick up the order because i was told it would be ready and it was not. It was dropped off at the Amherst location on transit and sent to be repaired at the lockport location. The problem was they kept on forgetting to have it sent back for pick up. Calls were not made to notify that the pick up was not ready so i made lots of trips and left empty handed.
