Brought in a winter coat to have dry cleaned & have buttons tightened. Very pleased with the work, cost and that the work was done on time as quoted.
Being new to the area, I have been asking neighbors and co-workers for a good dry cleaners and alteration place.My mother worked at a dry cleaners for 30 years (I did also for 4 summers) and she did professional alterations for them also~ so I was kinda picky lol... Dropped off pants to be hemmed, and needed a 2 day turnaround. Despite a heavy workload, they not only hemmed but dry cleaned and pressed them, and they were ready the next day! A day ahead of my initial request! Awesome customer service!!!
Very friendly and professional staff only concern is I brought in a Down comforter 1 week old to get cleaned and it was returned with a bad Oder not sure if it wasn't dried right
Quality Cleaning and Excellent Service
My first time visiting. I had just a pair of pants cleaned but I was treated wonderfully from be moment I walked in . I enjoyed the email when my order was ready . I see the do alterations as well and plan to try that service soon too
Awesome service, the lady who does the tailoring was so helpful in helping me get my pants done in a day even with the holiday.
Discovered suit pants needed cleaning the day before New Year's. Had them there by 10am and was able to pick up same day at 5pm. Thank you for a great job on such short notice. I will definitely be back.
