Nice welcome when dropped off, cleaning completed earlier than expected, very pleasant clerk upon pick-up

It was a nice and smooth process, no concerns at all. Very satisfied.
The work was well done and done quickly. I had a dress hemmed and it worked out well.
Had same day service very courteous attentive staff definitely the best dry cleaners around!!
As expected jacket is clean,pressed well and appears to be water resistant as asked.

Nice friendly service with a welcome smile. That has not always been my experience. I remember a few years ago going to a local place that had many locations ( now I believe out of business) and you were met (not greeted) with a glum, "you're bothering me" attitude. It was sort of a drag to go there, but they seemed to have had a semi-monopoly of the local dry cleaning business. Love your warm, welcoming attitude. Keep it up.
