I brought a newer Carhart jacket in that had grease stains. Jacket was perfectly cleaned by Gi-Ro Excellent job !
The item that i had cleaned and repaired was a horse blanket. The repair was very nicely done. The problem i had was with pick up. I was in four times to pick up the order because i was told it would be ready and it was not. It was dropped off at the Amherst location on transit and sent to be repaired at the lockport location. The problem was they kept on forgetting to have it sent back for pick up. Calls were not made to notify that the pick up was not ready so i made lots of trips and left empty handed. My trench coat was promised for Monday,3/28/16. It was ready to be picked up by Saturday,3/26/16! I was extremely pleased with the repair of my right pocket. The cleaning and water proofing was very good.
Staff totally professional and courteous.
I took a suede sports coat and even though you had to send it out it was only a week and a lot less expensive than I thought. I had asked the cleaners at Tops and they said it would take a month and double the price.
On my first visit, I had some shirts and pants cleaned. Everything looks good so far. Great customer service. Love the email notifications!
