Nice friendly service with a welcome smile. That has not always been my experience. I remember a few years ago going to a local place that had many locations ( now I believe out of business) and you were met (not greeted) with a glum, "you're bothering me" attitude. It was sort of a drag to go there, but they seemed to have had a semi-monopoly of the local dry cleaning business. Love your warm, welcoming attitude. Keep it up.
I needed my sons dress whites pressed rather quickly. I dropped them off in the morning and they were back that evening! Great service. I will definitely continue to bring my things there!!
Everyone was very friendly, Sonny's work is always fantastic. I am very pleased with all of the alterations that were done. It was well worth the drive.

Was a great experience. Was ready when said and the young lady that helped me was terrific.
I needed to have a zipper replaced. I was quoted a date to pick up the finished pants. I replied that I would come back to have the pants done after I returned from my trip over the holiday weekend. I was then asked if I could pick them up on Friday before the holiday weekend. I was surprised and happy to be able to take the repaired slacks on my trip. I WAS IMPRESSED and will surely come back again.
Everything was great. Loved email notification that item was ready. Reasonable price to have queen size comforter cleaned.
I brought in 10 shirts...one of them had a spot still left on it.. I brought it back for a redo....Gi-Ro removed the spot with no extra charge and no arguments. The customer service rep was excellent. Great service!!!
