I needed clothes back for my father to be buried in. I dropped them out for in my delivery bag on a Saturday hoping to get them back on Monday, to get to the funeral home. I didn’t realize they would be returned according to my route ( which would have been the day after the burial). I was connected to Jennifer who took matters into her own hands; she had them expedited, beautifully cleaned and delivered that afternoon!
