Jennifer provides excellent customer service and the pickup/drop off delivery service couldn’t have been easier! Zeke was very nice and helpful with that as well. Comforter was clean and fresh!
My order was done. I called the phone number and they set me up for free home delivery. They also explained how I could have future dry cleaning done. When my dry cleaning was delivered, he left my bag and explain the procedure. I was very impressed.

The service at Gi-Ro is always great, friendly, and efficient. I get my items back quickly and they are always cleaned and pressed extremely well. They treat everything just right, from cashmere sweaters to tablecloths to coats and dresses. Whatever I bring in, they give it the 5 star treatment.
