The drapes were returned on hangers which made it easy for me to hang them. The bedspread/quilt was returned in a plastic bag for easy storing. Zeke the driver was very pleasant and helpful. PreviousIy, I always took my items to the store but during this isolation time using the pickup/delivery service was most helpful.
