Our sleeping bag is clean and smells fresh. The best part is that is was ready for pickup the next day.

It was a large order. Everything got delivered except my mom’s winter coat. I had to make several phone calls before I found out more time was needed and it would be delivered on second run this week. A note or phone call in advance could have solved all the confusion. The cleaning of everything was great as usual.
