Very disappointed. I’ve been very loyal for many many years. I have asked repeatedly for no crease in my pants. More times than not I have to wait for someone to take them back down stairs to be pressed again or as the last I didn’t have time to wait. I took them with a crease. Also at that same time, something on your end wouldn’t process my payment. So I was told to just pay next time I was in. This was before thanksgiving; and we went out of town for a bit. It was a waste of 25 bucks. The spots on my husband coat are still there. Sorry I even tried
I brought in 3 pieces of bed linens to be laundered. For some reason 2 people trying to check me out could not seem to find any of the pieces for 5 min. Finding the last 2 seemed even more difficult for them. The young man checking me in seemed rushed, distracted and not interested in the details that I was giving and questions I was asking. I don’t know if the before and after situations were related.
When I came to pick up my coat, it looked exactly the same,
Asked to deliver my coat to me. They delivered to my ex-husbands house.
Took sweat stains and odor out of my clothes. Fantastic job.

I had one pair of pants, a shirt & a dress pressed (not dry cleaned) and it cost $35. I am shocked an the outrageous cost for this. It was so overpriced that I thought it was a mistake. You have unfortunately lost my business.
My pants were lost and i have received anything from French except they were delivered , well we never received them !!!!
Every time I need something dry cleaned, I go to French Cleaners! And I live in Florida. In my opinion, there is no cleaner as good as French. They have proven that to me many times.
