Great service, always.
I can speak to what they don't do: they don't shrink shirts, break buttons, rip holes, fade fabric, or do anything that is injurious to your clothing. Excellent cleaners!
I use the pick up/ delivery service. Richard is excellent, friendly and very responsible. All our clothes come back clean and beautifully pressed. Also have used the alterations department, which is excellent.

While I am happy to pay the high price for quality, the long turnaround time was disappointing. More importantly, my slacks were returned with the pressed seam ironed out. I have never experienced a classic slack given to a cleaner with a pressed seam and returned without one. This was my first experience with French Cleaners.

Whoo-WHO! Zack sewed a seam in the sleeve of a vintage blouse I’ve owned for MANY years. Thanks to his suggestion about how to repair the sleeve, I’ll be able to wear the blouse for many MORE years.
I forgot to pick up the dry cleaning because we We’re out of town a lot. No worries! French Cleaners had held our dry cleaning until we showed up. Actually, I think they kept calling until we were actually home and they could deliver. Thank you French Cleaners!!!!
