I originally reached out to you as I saw that you had free pick up/delivery service and I needed to get three comforters dry-cleaned. When I made the appointment I was told to leave my items outside and they would be picked up. They were not. I had to call two more times before they did get picked up which was frustrating. I have not had to write any negative reviews until today. We have been a very happy delivery customer for years. I just got home and was disappointed to see that the shirts that I requested be in boxes for some better travel packing are on hangers. You picked up my bag today with the same request. Hopefully, it will be handled as requested.

I’ve accidentally left some expensive jewelry on some blouses I’ve brought there and you have always returned them. That is why I travel 16 miles to get to The French Cleaners while I pass about 12 cleaners on the way. Other cleaners have lost irreplaceable buttons, shrunk sweaters and taken all colors out of jackets.

It was very bad experience this time! I gave my suit and pant for dry cleaning. There was still lot of cotton wools stuck on them. When I ask the reason I gave them to clean it. They did not fix and making comment it’s because of clothes. I have been doing dry cleaning on same cloths since 2 years. I paid full money and did not get my return! It’s was not good experience!

What a horrible experience! First they never showed up for the scheduled pickup. After the missed the pickup I called and let them know I needed the my dry cleaning by a certain date. The gentleman on the phone ensured me I’d have it back in time. That didn’t happen. Once I noticed they weren’t delivered I called and spoke to the same gentleman.
