Amazing experience! I normally do not get my clothing dry cleaned but I had an event that I attended with a dress that I had just bought and shortly after arriving at the event my hem came undone and my fress was left dragging on the ground. I came home to find the bottom of my dress black from the dirt of dragging. I didn't think it would come out and was so bummed as I had spent some money on the dress and absolutely loved it to be only able to wear it once. I had a job interview and forgot to clean my suit. I dropped it off at 8pm the night before and it was ready at 10 am the next day. One of the shirts needed extra cleaning which they forgot about. After 15 mins of waiting I had my suit and they comped the whole job for free! Now that's customer service, what a way to correct a minor mistake and I got the job!

Staff is amazing! Especially the gentleman by the name of jorge.
First of all, I liked the atmosphere, while arriving for the first time : ladies smiling and joking. Then, the proposal for providing me with the tagged bag; the fact that a lady spontaneously carried the ironed clothes to my car and, lastly, the quality of the ironing. I am very happy; thank you !

The driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I’m new to the area and finding a good dry cleaners is just as important as finding a good hair salon! When he dropped off my delivery with a new bag I realized that I hadn’t marked my ticket with how I’d like my items done. He was still at the van when I’d caught it and he was very kind enough to explain a few things to me and quell my nerves.
