I am disabled and cannot get my clothes to the cleaners. Elite Cleaners pick up and delivery is exactly what I was looking for in Phoenix. Great telephone customer service - and pick up and delivery service could not be better. My clothes were returned in top-notch condition. I will recommend Elite to anyone looking for an outstanding clothes cleaning service.

Amazing experience! I normally do not get my clothing dry cleaned but I had an event that I attended with a dress that I had just bought and shortly after arriving at the event my hem came undone and my fress was left dragging on the ground. I came home to find the bottom of my dress black from the dirt of dragging. I didn't think it would come out and was so bummed as I had spent some money on the dress and absolutely loved it to be only able to wear it once. I had a job interview and forgot to clean my suit. I dropped it off at 8pm the night before and it was ready at 10 am the next day. One of the shirts needed extra cleaning which they forgot about. After 15 mins of waiting I had my suit and they comped the whole job for free! Now that's customer service, what a way to correct a minor mistake and I got the job!

First of all, I liked the atmosphere, while arriving for the first time : ladies smiling and joking. Then, the proposal for providing me with the tagged bag; the fact that a lady spontaneously carried the ironed clothes to my car and, lastly, the quality of the ironing. I am very happy; thank you !
