Friendly and professional. Easy to use service, extended business hours and over-night drop off capabilities. Also start your own personal dry cleaning bag which is a great idea, organization, and personal touch. Beyond impressed with my first experience and this is now my go to place! Already have dropped off more clothing!

They were open until 9pm and had my suit ready before lunch the next day, excellent service and quality.
I am so happy with the service I received. One of my items was delayed due to a water line break. I totally understand things happen and had no problem coming back, but I was told there would be no charge for that item. The next day when I picked it up I was also given a gift certificate for the delay. The customer service I received went so above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely come back for my future dry cleaning needs. Keep up the amazing work!
I am incredibly impressed by Elite Cleaners and their attention to detail and exemplary customer service. They clearly have set a new standard of service that places them far and above any local dry cleaner that I've utilized in the past.
Convenience for pick up and drop off is a big plus with my hectic travel schedule. Although I haven't tried it yet, I like the option of having mini alterations made as needed (e.g. broken zipper, etc.)
