Everything seemed to be going extremely well. Overall the service was very fast and everyone was very friendly. However, I went to put on my white dress shirt this morning and there is a rip on the inseam of my sleeve. I have tried texting and will try calling to see how we can get this resolved

This was the first time I have used Elite Cleaners, and the positive impression made by multiple members of staff will make me a repeat customer. I live in West Mesa, but I chose Elite Cleaners based on extremely positive internet information. When I delivered three garments for cleaning the prior week, I was advised that special cleaning needs of one of the items would necessitate it being sent to another facility. Excellent service! My driver is great. They do a wonderful job on whites and stains. Glad a switched to them.
Fantastic, hands down best in the valley! Only reason they don’t get 5 stars, is because no matter who it is they get super annoyed and stand-off-ish everytime I try to pay ahead, even the leads. Who gets mad at paying upfront, money? Other than that their quality is great and flexible.
Great service but thought it was a little to pricey.
