Great experience!
Fast, professional, friendly, and quality dry cleaning. Even though I came on a busy day the staff is very in tune to a customers arrival and is quick to greet and provide service.
Sent my blazers in for a cleaning and they did a great job. Sounds silly but every other cleaner would leave my sleeves rolled up and wouldn't take them down but Elite cleaned the underside and then rolled them back down. Also probably a little silly, but I appreciate the way they hung my jackets; they put tissue down the sleeves. Great job! Can't wait to use them again.
I have never used this place before and they let me have the first time free. They did a good job and i will go back. It is called the law of obligation. The manager was not there or owner when i picked up and the staff is not trained to talk to people. I am professional in customer service training. They could use a few tips.
Best experience at the dry cleaners ever! They had my comforter ready in less than 24hrs & emailed me to let me know it was ready. So friendly & love the delivery option. Highly recommend!
My items were cleaned and pressed to perfection! The staff reached out to me when they were done working on my clothes and were very kind. The storefront was clean and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
