Needed help dry cleaning a suit to be worn at a career fair the following day. Employee understood the irresponsibility short time window that I provided her and was happy to complete the order by the end of the day. I went to the career fair the next morning in a spotless suit. 5 stars for outstanding customer service and great cleaning!
The drop off was quick and easy. It was the first time I used the new system. The lady that helped me with my comforter was really nice and helpful. She explained how to use it. I didn’t have a problem with the price for the comforter but I thought my two dresses was a bit high. Of course I haven’t had much cleaning since the disaster/destruction of Covid. Have another comforter I’ll bring in soon.
The sweaters looked good and were hung and were ready for me to bring in when I came home.
