Came into the store today to pick up my cleaning and the pick up machine is out of order. It appears since there’s not a counter person now that the process is a lot slower and I’m dropping off and picking up clothes.

Consistently good results. I’ll admit at first I wasn’t too happy about the automated drop off and pick up but now I appreciate being able to drop off and pick up when it’s convenient for me. I also use Elite at my place of work and we’ve had good results. Anytime there was an issue, they work hard to resolve it quickly. Ryan has a good team of people and I appreciate their consistency.
