I pulled into the drive up service and waited for somebody to come out. Other customers walked in, so I figured the employees were taking care of them first before they came out. Everyone left, and I was still waiting for someone to come out. I eventually walked in and asked are you not doing the drive up service anymore? And both employees said I don’t even know why that’s there. If you want us to come out, you need to wave to us first so we know you want us to come out. Isn’t that the point of a drive up service?

Not good. Brought in 4 new shirts. Asked for boxes not hangers. Stopped in 3 were in plastic bags. 1 on a Hanger. Price was $9.50 per shirts!!! Exorbitantly HIGH. I stopped to think about the cost. One employee said to another …”Take $10 , add note for a problem customer. “ ??? . May have been in jest. I really felt horrible. Told the girls to keep my 4 new shirts and donate them. I will not be back. I passed on putting this experience on your FB page.

Disappointed. Brought in a leather purse to have cigarette smoke odor removed. Got it back yesterday and it smells just as bad as it did when I brought it in. Maybe they couldn’t do anything about it but a call or noting that at pickup would have been nice.

Removed stains from sweater!
This past Saturday I drove to the Penfield Panorama store to drop off my dry cleaning -- at 3:45 pm -- to find the door locked and the sign on the door clearly stating that Saturday hours were until 4 pm. Needless to say it was disappointing. Since I'm a fairly new customer I don't have a 'bag' to drop into the after hours deposit drawer, but will hope to be able to obtain one next time I'm in.
