Always an OUTSTANDING and positive experience. Excellent customer service and eager to assist. My items are quickly returned in perfect condition. Buttons are checked for the possibility of Coming off and repaired for me. Only dry cleaner I use.

Not sure if there was an issue with the 4th of July in the mix of timing. But it took a couple of weeks for 2 dresses and 2 valances to get back to me. Plus, at one point no one knew where the valances were, which did make me panic. But when I did get finally get everything back, it was done beautifully.
