Delighted that you completely removed the food stain from my very nice dress!
I do not like my shirts clipped and they continue to be clipped. One of my shirts was ripped by the clip and it creates a mark on the newly pressed shirts. You need to re-evaluate clipping all together I’m sure I am not the only one that is not happy with this.

Kevin, We apologize about the shirt clips, your profile is highlighted not to use them. I have entertained not using them, however we continue to receive compliments about how nice they look with them. We are looking at another style that does not have the grips.

Had a grease stain on my new lightly sueded jacket, did not think it would come out. Eagle got it out and looks new again!
