As you may already know, your UNSUBSCRIBE button does not work. Please remove IST0106@GMAIL.COM from your mailing list. I switched to Julian's (where the employees are always cordial) months ago after a wholly unacceptable experience at Eagle. I will not return.
Your new drop off system only gives the customer a blank ticket with the number of items droppped off. The customer would have no proof of what items were left with you if there was an error. Additionally, the customer has no idea of what the charges will be. Also your reward system is unfair. If your going to provide an incentive it should be equitable. One star for each $10 not one for the customer that spends $10 and an equal one for the customer that spends forty or fifty dolllars.
Blanket is clean but the cost to clean it was almost as much as the cost of buying a new one! Not happy
