Brought in 4 cotton/polyester blend shirts in 3 charged $4.95 other $12.90 On label says machine wash but was told it was dry cleaned per label that was incorrect! Contacted employee Very sweet But nothing she could do about it
Not too happy, got home, checked the receipts on the bags and I was not credited for my free trouser/sweater coupon that I brought in with that $100+ order. Probably will try another dry cleaner next time.

I brought in my father's military uniform to be cleaned for his funeral on Sat. 8/13. I was told it would be ready on Thursday 8/18. I came to the cleaner and only the shirt and tie was available. Thye lady atg the counter said it will be here Monday. I called the location directly twice today 8/22 and no one ever picked up. So I drove over on my lunch break to pick up the uniform - but it wasn't ready again. Hopefully it will be ready 8/25. Not impressed. Really surprised at the pricing to clean a short sleeved button up casual clifford shirt ($11.40) vs a Brooks Brothers long sleeved sport shirt ($4.40). The sport coats were $12.20/$13.50. Wild. I don’t make reviews public as I’d assume I’m an outlier but I’ll probably just take my casual shirts somewhere where the cost to clean them isn’t about 50% the retail value of the shirt. It is what it is.
I came a week after I was told my clothes would be ready and 2 of the items were still not ready. It would be courteous to call and let me know that so I am not wasting a trip.
Overpriced and shady billing practices. When I dropped off I asked for the total, they wouldn’t give it to me and just told me that I would get the price when I picked up. I Supposedly got 25% off but still spent $50 on two suits and 5 shirts. Lastly, the receipt only provides a final price, but doesn’t show how much the actual cost was minus the discount so there is no way to know if you actually receive a discount. I’ll never go back, and don’t make the same mistake I did choosing this place.
Dry cleaned down quilt ready 3 days earlier than promised.
For the third time In A Row, my order wasn’t ready for pick up. Specifically, there were 2 shirts missing (again) —and I’ve got to make a second trip back on a Monday to pick them up. I understand that things like this can sometimes happen—but this is becoming a pattern
