The dry cleaning was excellent and the check in was fine. Only reason I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I stopped over to pick up my jacket during lunch hour, when I arrived at the location there was a sign on the door that said "be back in 5 minutes". Sorry, but that is not what I would consider good customer service, I actually did wait 5 minutes from the point I got there and no one showed up so I left. Fantastic customer service! This dry cleaners went above and beyond for me. They where prompt, fast, friendly. I did give them four stars because I had to call twice about receiving emails that my order had not been picked up when it had in fact been delivered. I assume that someone just never closed out the ticket. Slightly frustrating otherwise pure perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family!
I love the quality of your laundry & dry cleaning service but, by far, the best thing about your business is the people who work there. They are all so personable & friendly.

I always have a good experience at Dublin Dry Cleaners! I use a wheelchair, so I call when I arrive and all of the nice girls bring my clothes right out to me. Very rarely do I wait long or find something wrong. Good people, good service, good cleaning! Can't ask for more than that!
