I went to Dublin cleaners as a reputable cleaner. I took 3 shirts and 4 dresses in totaling over $70 which I thought was very high. Disappointed you are no longer in the entertainment book. I thought you get what you pay for. One dress in particular was completely wrinkled at the hem. I had to send back and make another trip. The day I picked up the dress I wore one of the shirts to find the sleeve latch was not pressed. I don't see myself returning after this experience. I asked for the shirt to be boxed. They put it on a hangar so there was a delay. To make it right they got it boxed and didn't charge me.

I took my suit in for cleaning; had to call back twice to get my confirmation email that I dropped off an item. Fast forward 3 days later, I pick up my suit that was freshly pressed but not cleaned the stains were just as prominent as when I took it in. When I explained that the stains were still there only then was I informed , "oh well we don't guarantee that we can get everything out". Two things ... 1. You didn't get the stains out 2. You still charged me full price for not doing what I brought the garment in to have done This was my first visit to Dublin Cleaners, so if I were giving out a letter grade for the first impression, I would give you an F. Your associates basically showed no empathy whatsoever, or I may have given you a D-. In any case, I will never be back. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

I had my suit cleaned, the pleats on the front created a 2nd line on the suit. My suit was $20 to have cleaned, my 6 month old child's dress cost $27. You have lost a customer, I work for a large company close buy and my bad experience will travel.

Prices are outrageous andI didn't use your pickup or dropoff service Suit jackets priced differently without explanation. I will never use this store again.
