Got purple marker stain out of white tablecloth
Excellent service . Very, very courteous manager .
I brought some sheers in to have them pressed only. When I picked them up and got them home they are still very wrinkled.I was very disappointed.

Sometimes the packaging and hangers can cause some temporary wrinkles that fall out. If they are not better in a day or so of sunlight and you want us to re-process them of course we'll do that and offer you a complimentary bedspread or comforter cleaning for your trouble. I picked up and paid from clothing I had cleaned several months ago. Yet I continue to get emails from Dublin Cleaners telling me to pick up and pay for them. What gives? I've emailed and called but your emails keep coming

Clothes look great but that price tag tho😬😬😬 I literally could have just bought new clothes. What I paid for in store was literally how much I spent on 2/3 skirts I brought in.
Before I picked up my dress, I was given information that not all stains were not able to get out of my dress, which I can understand since the bottom of my dress was dirty. When I came to pick up my dress though, I did not expect to get the customer service that I did along with how much dirt that wasn’t removed. I rushed from work to meet with the bridal staff and the man I spoke to provided awful customer service. When I brought my cloths to you I showed the clerk my 20% discount. She handed me my receipt and said the 20% was deducted from the total. When I picked my cloths up the amount she asked seemed way too high and I questioned her about the discount and she said it had not been taken off. Fortunately, I still had your email on my phone. Seriously, I think you are overpriced to begin with, but without the 20% I wouldn't even consider coming there. Couple that with the wrinkles in my dress pants, and I'm not a happy camper.
Wife had downey stains on 2 pieces, 1 shirt, one pair of pants. I was told they weren't sure how it would clean. I picked them up and the stains were still there. I thought just not going to work. Then i was told we can try more aggressive cleaning that may work. Why didnt i get a call about that? Instead i was told to come back if i wanted to try. Service was fine but very pricey. $22 for a men’s 2 piece suit. That is double what I pay in San Diego. Sorry but even though I am frequently in Dublin I won’t be back.
