Prices for shirts are high and for some reason variable. I brought in 8 shirts and received 3 different prices. Probably won't be back, which is too bad because I love the location.

My clothes were clean and nicely pressed, although there was damage on some pants that I didn't notice before. If indeed my pants were damaged when I dropped them off, I would have appreciated a call prior to them cleaning a damaged pair of pants. In addition, they didn't accept a coupon when I paid, as they said I needed to present it when I dropped off my clothes. It doesn't mention that detail anywhere on the coupon, not even in the fine print. I'd recommend an update to whoever makes their coupons to avoid future c... read more

This was my first experience and it was a great . I had some major alterations on a winter coat and cleaning. It was perfectly done and ready on the day they gave me. Highly recommend.

We dropped off some clothes to be professionally cleaned prior to a very important business trip. The front desk teenager wasn't friendly, didn't count correctly the number of items (I didn't realize we needed to count them). She/the store lost a pair of his black dress pants. After calling once, emailing once and coming into the store to track them down, Lynn called me back to tell me she found them. We live in Powell but came to this store specifically based on reviews. The mistake I made was not get a price upfront. There was a $30 wool cap, for which I was charged $22. Should someone not call me/ tell me if the price is that high for a cap?. I had taken a 25% coupon, which never worked. It was a bait. So on $94 bill, the 25% discount coupon never worked. I was told if I come next time at the time of dropping the clothes, office will be contacted. Will I visit again?. May be NOT.

I brought in my daughter's long dress. I told the lady helping me that last year I had to send a long chiffon dress back for a second cleaning because, although it was clean, it was covered in large water spots. I was politely but firmly adamant that I did NOT want to come back twice to get this dress cleaned properly.
