There is an odor on the blankets that we had cleaned very disappointed!! Please Let me know how to solve this issue.
I left multiple bed spreads and one sack of laundry at dublin cleaners. They gave no indication how much the cost would be when I dropped them off. It was $170 to get all of my laundry and bed spread done. It came back SMELLING LIKE MOP WATER. The clothes didn’t smell good at all. I felt like they had been washed in dirty water, I will never be going back.

My garment was cleaned and ready when promised. I gave you my money for this, which in and of itself is enough. I will not be shopping for a medal or trophy. Congratulations for living up to your word.
Collars on 2 shirts had to be re-ironed. I have picture
I went to pick up my clothes and they were not all finished but I received the text they were ready to be picked up.

I brought a weighted blanket in to be cleaned. I feel I should have been told an estimate as to how much it would be. $31.79 plus tax is a lot. Not sure the blanket cost that much.
Gentleman on duty couldn’t get information on a garment being altered and taking over two weeks. He said he couldn’t call main office because they never answer the phone. We have been very loyal customers even through the pandemic. Very disappointed at the moment.

Very expensive, but not worth of the result. End result of my silk garment was awful. In India when the same garment had similar oil spillover issue on my silk garment, they treated it perfectly fine made it like a new garment.
