A button was not placed in the correct spot on a pair of pants
When I took in items to be cleaned and said I clicked on the 25% discount sent to me , I was told I would have to use the $5 coupon. She printed the 25% coupon and told me I could use it later. However, it expires on the 10th (tomorrow) so I wouldn't be able to use it later. She said that she had no authorization to change the coupon which she printed. Is this bait and switch?
I had to go back later in the day to pick up my order because the computer was down
I have a blouse that was returned and ruined. It has a metal detail on the neckline that is sewn into the shirt and it was returned unraveled.
