I dropped a coat off ,12/17/19, to get the zipper repaired and was told it should be ready 12/30/19, which was fine due to the holidays. I received a notice 12/20/19 stating my order is ready. I went to pick it up, paid for it and was on my way out to my vehicle. I looked at the coat zipper and it was still broken. I took it back into the store and lady behind the desk said, there was a note stating “ the coat needs a new zipper”. I requested a family table cloth and napkins to be cleaned and placed with tissue between layers in a box I provided for a bridal shower gift. This was the “something old” in a theme from a great grandmother. There was no tissue placed as requested and while it fit in the box, the folds were uneven and napkins were not ironed so the edges met. I expected more after paying over $60. I am so disappointed with the sloppy work.

Left a pair of white pants to be altered. Never got a phone call that there was a problem. Finally I had to ask for the pants and took elsewhere to be finished. They were my daughters and you already had them for two weeks. Girls at the counter were great especially Lynn but very upset.

Today I picked up 2 blouses for re-pressing which I had taken back last week as the press job was totally unacceptable.. I looked briefly at the back of one under the plastic wrap & it seemed a little better . So I brought them home. After removing the plastic it was obvious they were pressed no better than before. I will press them myself but will no longer bring blouses to you. I did photograph one & would share that if you care. Brought a wool sweater in to be dry cleaned they washed it which was on the label or dry clean.. I asked for dry cleaning when I dropped it off .. it came back in awful condition.. owner wanted info on where when & who gave it to me .. I could not give him that info so that was that.. they did nothing ... on top of that the girl at the Dublin location said she refunded what I payed but never got it.. had to ask that I was at least reimbursed for that.. owner did give me a check for 10.00 .. I moved here about 2 years ago and used a competitor. Unhappy with the product and the customer service. My neighbor recommended your dry cleaners. I switched and I couldn’t be happier with my shirts and other items. The service is always professional, personal, and courteous. By far one of the best switches I’ve ever made. Thank you !

I brought a comforter. I was notified by e-mail that it was ready for pick up, but you had the wrong item for me (a blanket). The sales clerk was nice and apologetic, took some information from me, and told me someone would contact me. I asked if I should call a manager and the clerk told me that e-mail would be the best way for me to communicate. No one contacted me. I sent a couple e-mails. No one replied.
